VenuesNow Conference was developed in 2017 to provide industry leaders of live entertainment facilities with a forum to discuss some of the most comprehensive topics appearing in the pages of the VenuesNow magazine. The event includes a variety of discussions and networking events focused on the current and future vision of the industry, cutting- edge initiatives and trends in the world of Venues. With two days of programming, the conference covers all aspects of the business to include Technology, Operations, Sustainability, Security, Sanitization, Tenants & Teams, Branding & Sponsorships, Ticketing, Concessions, Design, Financing, Inclusivity, Bookings & Content, and more.

This year’s conference will take place at Seattle Center in Seattle, WA, to coincide with the grand opening of Climate Pledge Arena. Reflecting the higher purpose of Climate Pledge Arena, the first carbon-neutral arena in the world, this year’s conference will view discussions through the lens of sustainability as we are committed to help save the planet and heal the earth.

Who attends the VenuesNow Conference?
VenuesNow brings together the thought leaders, influencers, and visionaries that help us create a positive disruption in the sports and live entertainment venue industry. Over 80% of our audience holds the title of Director or above and is representative of various sectors of the business. With over 600 in-person attendees in 2019, this year’s program will offer in-person and digital registration options for the first time. The event will be hosted during opening week of Climate Pledge Arena on Seattle Center campus and we project this year’s audience to be in the thousands.

Will I receive an attendee list?
We do not disclose attendee information without permission. During the registration process you’ll have the opportunity to opt-in and share your information with others via our conference app. The app with be launched prior to the event date and will allow registrants who opt-in to communication with each other.
What is being done to promote health and safety at the conference?
All registrants will be required to show proof of vaccination prior to gaining entry to the conference.

We continue to be in close contact with the CDC, government and local health officials, and the host venues as we focus on strategic protocols & effective communication to foster a culture of wellness.

Can someone pick up my registration badge for me?
